"VICTEX Co., Ltd." has the following policy to protect users' personal information and rights and interests in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and smoothly handle users' complaints related to personal information. Customer information is a valuable personal asset and at the same time important data for the company. Chapter 1. Consent procedures for collecting personal information
The company has prepared a procedure in which you are supposed to click the (I agree) button or (I disagree) button for the contents of the website's privacy policy or terms and conditions. If you click the (I agree) button, you are presumed to agree to the collection of personal information.

Chapter 2. Purpose of collecting and using personal information

Chapter 4. Scope of collecting personal information
The company has free access to most contents without a separate membership registration process. If you want to use the membership service, you must enter the following information.
A. Personal information to collect: name, e-mail, date of birth, ID, password, gender, address, mobile phone number (telephone), e-mail reception, SMS reception, service use record, access log, receiving customer information (name, phone number), address, email)

Chapter 5. Retention and use period of personal information
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the company destroys the information without delay.
However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the following reasons.

Chapter 6. Procedure and method of destroying personal information
In principle, the company destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, expiry and method of destruction are as follows.

- Destruction procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and reasons for information protection in accordance with other relevant laws (see retention and use period) before it is destroyed. Personal information transferred to the separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless otherwise required by law.

-Destruction expiry
Personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period, if the retention period of the user information has expired, and within 5 days when the personal information deems unnecessary due to the achievement of the purpose of processing personal information, abolition of the service, or termination of the business, etc.

-Destruction method
Information in the form of electronic files, it will be destroyed using a technical method that makes impossible to reproduce it.

The company takes the following measures for stolen personal information.
1. When the company learns that a user has signed up for membership by stealing the personal information of another user, the company takes necessary measures without delay, such as suspension of service or withdrawal of membership for the relevant ID.
2. If a user who is aware of the theft of his or her personal information requests to suspend service use or withdraw from membership for that ID, the company will take action immediately.
